Project Process Mapping
Using a project process map provides an easy understanding of the entire project process through visual illustrations. Process mapping is more effective than detailing processes and procedures in documents and for communicating the essential details and sequence of a project to your teams.
PMPi will work with your leadership and management team to develop your specific Project Process Map. In turn this will build a foundation to Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor and Control, and to Deliver your projects effectively, on time and on cost.
Project Health Check
A project health check is a learning opportunity. It’s a quick glance at the status of a project to see which areas need a little improvement and which are going according to plan. Often, those closest to a project are the ones who have difficulty in seeing the progress, becuse they are so focused on the minute and tecnical details.
The main purpose of a health check is to determine how well the project is performing in terms of the objectives, its procedure and company standardised processes.
Project Change Management
There is a fundamental difference between project management and change management.
A project is temporary: It has a defined beginning and end, and also a defined scope and set of resources.
Change management, on the other hand, is about implementation. It focuses on the people aspects of the change, driven by the shift from the current to future state.
Project Training & Facilitation
Professional development isn’t a one-time thing; it should be a continuous part of business and personal development throughout project management, management and business.
PMPi offer a range of people in business develoment program series. This includes nationally recognised qualifications through to a customised set of training programs
Project Workshops
With a difficult economy, companies have to look at how best to use their resources to improve productivity at work. Facilitators are in a position to help make the most of organisational resources – Facilitators add value.
PMPi know training and education is essential, becuase organisations are cutting back on resources, laying off people, asking those who remain to do more with less, and cutting budgets for travel, training, and hiring.
On the surface, this certainly makes the numbers look good – but is it the right approach?
Organisations need to make the most effective use of their resources, and human capital is the most important resource an organisation has.
Making employees productive is key. At PMPi we can help your business develop its resources with a full range of Project Workshops.
