At PMPi, our services have been designed to provide our clients with holistic project management, business perspective, and experience, or in business terms and end-to-end business solutions.

From the information collated, we can firstly create a framework in which Business and Projects operate; we can then provide a detailed training plan for the organisation where we identify the skills available in the organisation, further skill requirements and from the gap analysis, we can identify two things, these being;

1. Organisational training analysis, where we can identify training requirements to bridge the skills gaps and,
2. Resource requirements will be identified where constraint for training exists, i.e. time constraints to draw on new skills, to enhance a growing project team or business unit, or even where financial control exists.
