PMPi seeks Holistic Project Managers with a strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, enabling them to deliver projects across multiple industries and disciplines. They are looking for Project Management contract work for up to 12 months and beyond. With a virtual presence in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne and Sydney, PMPi is looking for project managers across all levels of experience to join our expanding team, with the flexibility to work remotely or directly with our clients.

PMPi are looking for project managers with experience in over five levels to design, develop and deliver projects for a growing client portfolio;

| Level 1 – Associate / Entry Level | 1 – 3 Yrs. | Cert IV Project Management Practice |
| Level 2 – Practitioner | 3 – 5 Yrs. | Cert IV PMP or Diploma Project Management |
| Level 3 – Advanced Practitioner | 5 – 10 Yrs. | Diploma of Project Management or above |
| Level 4 – Expert | 10 Yrs. + | Adv. Diploma of Project Management or above |
| Level 5 – Advisor | 15 Yrs. + | Master’s in project management or similar |
Requirements for all candidates;
- Ability to work with key stakeholders to deliver projects through the initiation, planning, execution, control & monitoring through to the closing phase for each project.
- Experience in managing individual, multiple and or project portfolios.
- Candidates with good commercial and negotiation skills,
- Experience in managing, coaching and mentoring others in a team,
- Desirable experience in the delivery of projects across multiple industries and disciplines.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of project principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to business owners, key stakeholders, peers and other audiences
- Relevant qualification in project management, be it vocational or tertiary qualifications.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully delivery of projects at the level being applied for.
- Process, and outcome-driven with robust written and verbal reporting skills
- Experience working with Office 365, Office suite of programs, Microsoft Project and experience working with ERP systems.
- Experience in and or qualifications Agile, PMI PMBOK/PMP or Prince 2 Certification is desirable.
